Three things this house is good at

find your bearings

A bed, a town, and a rhythm that all do their job.

01 — The house

A house that feels like a house.

Eight beds. A real kitchen. A wraparound porch with two rocking chairs. Couches that fit four. A fireplace that works.

02 — The mountains

A town that feels like a fresh start.

West Asheville. Walk to the French Broad. Pisgah and DuPont under thirty minutes. Fourteen meetings within a mile.

03 — The work

A rhythm that feels like a life.

Coffee. Meetings. Work. Trail. Dinner. Lights out. The structure carries the recovery, not the other way around.

What it costs

plain numbers

No starting-at, no asterisks.

$225

per week, program fee

$250

admission, one-time

$0

utilities, wifi, laundry

Rent covers your bed, the porch, the kitchen, the wifi, the washer, the dryer, the yard, and the dog. Insurance does not pay for sober living. We are not a treatment center.

Fit

honest about it

Who this works for, who it doesn’t.

✓ Yes

You’re between treatment and back-to-life. You’ve done detox or IOP and you want a place where the next chapter doesn’t happen on your old couch.

You’re ready to work — a job, a sponsor, a routine, a body that isn’t exhausted.

✕ Not yet

You need medical detox, psychiatric stabilization, or 24-hour medical supervision. Malvern is not a treatment center and we’re not staffed for it.

You’re not ready for testing. Sobriety is the floor. We test, and we mean it.
